§ 01 / About

A practice, not a franchise.

Twelve years of rooms kept quietly — Connecticut homes, offices, and finished builds. A small team, chosen tools, a steady standard.

Est. 2012 Fairfield & New Haven Co. Crew of 14 Insured & bonded
Chapter 01

The house standard.

We began with one idea: a clean room is the one you stop noticing. That quiet is the whole product. Everything else — tools, cadence, training — exists to keep a room so well you don't think about it.

That means we never work from a checklist alone. We read the room first. What's precious, what's overlooked, what materials ask for what hand.

Three rooms, one care.

Residential, commercial, post-construction. Different surfaces, different rhythms — same standard. A neutral-pH on most things, a mineral on the rest. HEPA, microfiber, patience.

We don't franchise. The people cleaning your room today are the same ones cleaning it in three years. That’s the product.

Chapter 02 / Values

How westay smallon purpose.

01

Attention, without spectacle.

We don't announce ourselves. A good clean is invisible — the room just feels lifted. The work is loud; the presence is not.

02

Tools chosen, not bought.

Microfiber by weave density, not brand. Neutral-pH on everything we can. Equipment maintained monthly, retired annually.

03

Crews, not contractors.

Fourteen people, trained in-house, insured, paid a living wage. Your room gets the same hands each visit, every visit.

04

A log on the counter.

What we did. What we noticed. Left where you'll find it. A small accountability — twelve years uninterrupted.
